Scooby is a yound handsome boy. He has alot of energy & is willing to learn. He wants to be loved & with his person. He is learning to play with other Bassets & does well with his foster friends  but will need to be given time to get used to a new friend. Right now he just wants a person of his own to cuddle & love him. Scooby has had a tough time, & been shuffled around, he needs a place to call home & a person to give all his heart & love too....
